The entire home provides a lavish space with all the amenities and comforts available to make your stay wonderful regardless of weather conditions or season. 5 smart TVs , 2 gas fireplaces , gas fire pit, modern furnishings, windows everywhere, alpine water views, huge kitchen table, privacy, 3.5 bathrooms in 1900 sq ft ensure comfort for all after a long lake day or hike at virgin falls. Book with us for a luxury experience in an area where venues such as this are disappearing fast. We offer great customer service and maintain an extremely high level of hospitality ensuring all guest needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Note the TVs are all Roku TVs we suggest that guests bring all their logins and passwords that they use to stream tv at home as there is no hard cable lines currently active.

The parking area is tight as is the norm for homes around the lake; however I have other lots and homes that can accommodate wide loads
If you need help parking , trailering, or have a large RV or Boat please contact RC so we can get you placed appropriately
Other things to note
Quiet Time 10 pm. PLEASE be aware of noise, language, and behavior. This home is located close in proximity to other homes and several full time lake residents, any complaints from the neighbors due to noise or behavior will result in expulsion from premises without refund. Quiet Time is 10pm and is strictly enforced, please be aware of the acoustics that inherently exist in an alpine lake setting. Remember this is an upscale area and act accordingly any questions or concerns can be forwarded to me directly.

The place was perfect. I was the second guest to stay so everything is brand new. The deck overlooking the lake is perfectly positioned for a good sunrise. The first floor recreational room comes with a dart board, ping pong table, smart TV and hot tub. The roll up garage door lifts for a view of the lake. There are 3 smart TVs. It is a close drive to national parks. The floor plan was well thought out for the views. You will climb a staircase to reach a great view in the trees. Modern clean design.

I cannot recommend RC Lake Rentals enough! From start to finish, my experience was seamless and exceptional.
