This home shares a parking area with hilltop retreat next door as well as has its own 4 car area
The general area could accommodate 5 trucks and trailers and approximately 10 plus passenger cars.

This home is situated atop a hill providing a large yard and parking area with a commanding view of CHL ; the home beside it “Hilltop retreat “ is also available for rent. There are neighbors around that live full time and use their homes often . We all intend to enjoy our lake homes so please be respectful; keep it classy !

Quiet Time 10 pm. PLEASE be aware of noise, language, and behavior. This home is located close in proximity to other homes and several full time lake residents, any complaints from the neighbors due to noise or behavior will result in expulsion from premises without refund. Please be aware of the acoustics that inherently exist in an alpine lake setting. Remember this is an upscale area and act accordingly any questions or concerns can be forwarded to me directly. Be extremely careful moving table to living room , unfolding , using , stowing . It it totally possibly to roll folded table through home without damaging walls, doors, floors, or furnishings. Intoxicated or clumsy individuals DO not attempt…. If you have concerns about your abilities please contact host RC prior or during your booking/stay and he will be glad to deploy ping pong table in living room. Thanks
