We built this home to accommodate the folks that tend to ask , do you have something smaller ? 750 sq ft main living area high above Center Hill Lake making a stellar view ! 750 sq ft dedicated recreation room downstairs with gas logs and indoor hot tub , ping pong, and darts. Convenient garage door for open air lakefront activities. Parking is to the left side of the home away from the shared parking of sister units Hilltop Retreat and Shenandoah Retreat. Truck and Trailer parking available down the street or as available in the shared area or the other 2 homes. SkyLoft was intended as a guest house but is available to individuals or couples needing less space than our other 3 properties Cliffhanger, Shenandoah , and Hilltop Retreats

We Do Not Accept Animals of any classification due to our allergy free protocols. This property must be maintained to an extremely high standard.

Pet Policy – no animals support, service , or otherwise. Persons requiring a service animal will be consulted on a case by case basis.
We may accept dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability, as defined under titles II and III of the ADA. Comfort or emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA definition of service animal.

PLEASE ensure your guest count is accurate to avoid confusion and to ensure accurate pricing! Only inquire to book when guest count is determined and apply an accurate number to your inquiry.

Entire space is available to guests with exception to the mechanical room off the recreation area , which is to remain locked

Guests are free to roam the grounds , access the lake , walk the roads , etc !

ALL PERSONS ENTERING PROPERTY MUST BE REGISTERED
No day visitors will be permitted unless staying at one of the other properties
And registered accordingly

FINES of 50 dollars per person per day will be imposed when unauthorized guests are observed on the property

Do not apply for a booking without an accurate guest count
When In doubt apply for a guest count that is over your expected guest count
The fine for unauthorized guests is 50 dollars per person when the person is not registered on the trip
This fine is imposed per night and applies to all forms of non registered guests including day visitors
The rate for simply divulging your guest count is much cheaper and we expect your cooperation in this matter , common areas for parking and egress are surveilled and guest count will be enforced thereof

Failure to read or understand the above will not factor in the imposition of fines related to guest count. The time to negotiate rates related to guest count would be at initial booking.
